What this site collects

If you fill out the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message. That's it. This site doesn't ask for anything else, and I don't buy, sell, or share your information with anyone.

How I use it

I use your contact information for one thing: getting back to you. Reaching out through this site doesn't make you a client, and it doesn't create a therapist–client relationship.

Please don't send sensitive health information through this site

Email and web forms are not a secure way to send private health details. Use the form to introduce yourself and ask about scheduling — save anything personal for a phone call or a session.

Cookies and analytics

This site is built on Squarespace, which uses basic cookies to keep the site running and collects simple visitor statistics, like how many people viewed a page. I don't use advertising trackers.

How long I keep messages

I keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond and arrange scheduling, then delete them.

This website and its contact form are not monitored around the clock and are not for emergencies. If you're in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
